Who we are

Rainbow Train is a one-person game studio: RainbowTrain Maciej Targoni, Poland. This policy covers all Rainbow Train games, including Paragra – Paragliding Game, Hook, Hook 2, Klocki, Naboki, PUSH, Zerko and Overwords. Maciej Targoni is the data controller. For anything about your data, write to maciej@rainbowtrain.eu.

What we collect

Our games show no ads and do not track you across other apps or websites. Most data, such as your progress and settings, stays on your device. This is what can leave your device:

Paragra – online rankings (XC League, PVC Rankings): a random player ID created on your device, the nickname you enter in the game, your scores, the wing you flew, the platform and the game version. They are stored by our provider LootLocker. Your nickname and scores are visible to other players.

Paragra – online multiplayer: while you are in a room, your nickname, wing colours and game version are sent to our own game server (Hetzner). The server does not save them; they are gone when you leave. Your IP address is used only to keep the connection open. Technical server logs, if any, are kept for up to 14 days.

Paragra – anonymous statistics: the game sends short event names with a few categories to our own server, for example “lesson 3 passed”, “flight at Żar: landed, 7 km”, “full version bought”, together with the platform, language and game version. There is no player ID, device ID, name or nickname, and the server does not save your IP address or the time of the event. It only adds +1 to daily totals, so no event can be linked to you. We use the totals to see where players get stuck and to improve the game. You can turn statistics off in the game: Options → Anonymous statistics → Off.

Cloud saves, achievements and purchases go through Google Play Games, Apple Game Center / iCloud or Steam, under their own privacy policies. From purchases we only get confirmation that you own the full version, never your payment details.

Other Rainbow Train games may use Unity and Google Play Services, which can collect device identifiers and diagnostic data, for example crash logs with the device IP address, model and system version, as described in their own policies.

Why we use it

We use this data only to run the features you choose to use (online rankings, multiplayer, cloud saves, purchases) – GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – and to keep our games secure and working and to improve them with anonymous statistics – Art. 6(1)(f). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Ranking entries are kept until you delete them or the rankings are shut down. Multiplayer data is not stored. Anonymous statistics are kept only as daily totals. Server logs are kept for up to 14 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to its use. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Paragra: you can delete your ranking data at any time in the game: Options → Online rankings → Delete my ranking data. You can also write to maciej@rainbowtrain.eu with your nickname. We answer within 30 days.

Service providers

They use the data only to provide their service to us. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under safeguards required by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Our games are for all ages and do not ask for your age or real name. Please do not use your real name as a nickname. If you are a parent and your child sent us personal data, write to maciej@rainbowtrain.eu and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.

Polityka prywatności (po polsku)

Ostatnia zmiana: 30 października 2026

Kim jesteśmy

Rainbow Train to jednoosobowe studio gier: RainbowTrain Maciej Targoni, Polska. Polityka dotyczy wszystkich gier Rainbow Train, w tym Paragra – Paragliding Game, Hook, Hook 2, Klocki, Naboki, PUSH, Zerko i Overwords. Administratorem danych jest Maciej Targoni. We wszystkich sprawach dotyczących danych pisz na maciej@rainbowtrain.eu.

Jakie dane zbieramy

Paragra – rankingi online (XC League, PVC Rankings): losowy identyfikator gracza utworzony na urządzeniu, nick wpisany w grze, wyniki, skrzydło, platforma i wersja gry. Przechowuje je nasz dostawca LootLocker. Nick i wyniki widzą inni gracze.

Logi serwera – do 14 dni.

Twoje prawa

Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Paragra: dane z rankingów usuniesz w każdej chwili w grze: Opcje → Rankingi online → Usuń moje dane z rankingów. Możesz też napisać na maciej@rainbowtrain.eu, podając swój nick. Odpowiadamy w ciągu 30 dni.

Dostawcy usług

Wykorzystują dane tylko po to, by świadczyć nam swoje usługi. Jeśli dostawca przetwarza dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, robi to z zabezpieczeniami wymaganymi przez RODO, np. standardowymi klauzulami umownymi.

Dzieci
